Carlsberg – a tender for a logistics operator
Carlsberg in Poland is the owner of the Bosman, Okocim and Kasztelan brewery. The distribution of beer requires quick response to changes in demand. M4 Real Estate supported Carlsberg in the process of selection and nomination of a new logistics operator in Poznań, and also supported the decision making process regarding the outsourcing of logistics operations in Szczecin.
CAT LC expansion
CAT LC Polska is a well established logistics operator belonging to the international Groupe CAT based in France.
In Poland since 1994, it offers comprehensive logistics services in the field of supply chain. Expanding cooperation with one of the world leaders in the warehouse equipment industry required CAT LC to rent additional space.
M4 Real Estate supported the process of selecting the location in Pruszków – the space has been leased from HILLWOOD.
New JYSK warehouse in P3 Piotrków Park
Jysk, an international retailer of interior design, has decided to enlarge the rented area in the P3 park in Piotrków Trybunalski, from 10,504 m2 by another 37,000 m2. The construction of the new facility was completed in a very short time. After completing the construction of a dedicated facility, JYSK will occupy almost 50,000 m2 in the park.
M4 prepared market reports, invited bidders and organized a tender.

M4 represented us in the process of renegotiating the lease agreement of 5,000 sq m warehouse in Piotrków Trybunalski, and expansion for another 10,000 sq m in the same park. Thanks to M4's support, we were able to improve the commercial lease conditions.
